Feeling a draw to learn – Curiosity and desire to learn is what will pull you forward on your development, and it is what will push you to continue to learn even when it feels challenging.

Meditation and Mindfulness - Start with regular meditation and mindfulness practices to quiet your mind and increase your awareness. This helps you turn down the noise from your thoughts and helps you tune in to subtle energies and impressions.

Seeking Guidance – Take classes, read books, and learn different techniques.
Consider seeking guidance or mentorship from experienced mediums who can offer valuable insights and support on your journey. I teach classes and offer 1-1 mentoring, but there are many ways out there to learn.

Maintaining a growth mindset – Your failures are just as useful to your development as your successes. Your failures don't mean anything about your potential.

Continuous Learning - Mediumship is a lifelong journey. Stay open to learning and refining your skills, and continuing to improve. It's not a linear journey.
