Part 1.1 The basics of Intuition
About how intuition works, and how we can begin to work with it
A meditation to help you get grounded and centered, clear your mind, and get ready to connect intuitively. If it feels like a good fit, try doing this meditation several times this week, to try to practice quieting the logical actively thinking brain, and access the intuitive side.

Homework:

Try meditating for at least 5 minutes a day this week.
Get your journal and write out a list of times that you can remember your intuition was correct about something.
If you can't remember any times, start your list now, and make sure you record any wins that you experience over the next few weeks!
