Fear-Setting
One of the best ways we can move through our fears, is to make those fears more manageable and less scary.
This exercise will help you do that.
Whatever you do, do not skip this exercise!

Part 2.1
Addressing your energy-levels is incredibly important to approaching your readings confidently.
I also discuss anxiety/excitement and how attempts to control a reading can actually constrict it.

Journaling Exercise 2
A few exercises and tips against second-guessing yourself.
Part 2.2
In this part, we talk about why you are an important part of the reading,
and how you can start to shift into that new perspective.

Owning your qualities
In this exercise, we are reframing our own style of reading and owning our qualities. This is important for confidence because once we own our whole self, then we can fully show up as ourselves in the reading and be of better service.
Part 2.3
So how do we handle a failed reading? How can we move through it, while also not letting it affect our other readings?
I also talk about intention vs. accuracy.

Part 2.4
What about when we feel terrible about ourselves, despite having just done an amazing reading?
(A reading that was clearly spot on and wonderful for everyone involved).
I call this a reading hangover, and it's not uncommon.

Confident Mindset list
Here are 3 lists of helpful tools and affirmations to help you shift into a confident and courageous mode before your next readings.
Print them out, save them to your phone, read through them before your readings as a reminder.
You've been shifting your perspectives so far, but you will probably need to remind yourself of those shifts going forward, as you further solidify them in your consciousness and break your old habits of defaulting into fear and worry.

"I give my readings permission to be, not perfect, but amazing.
That means whatever kind of amazing it needs to be: whether that's a jaw-dropping kind of amazing, or a gentle and subtle kind of amazing.
I'm going to bring through a variety of amazingness, and I make space for all of it."
Guided Meditation
This is a guided meditation to help integrate some of the affirmations we are working on
1. Spend some time thinking about these affirmations below:
It is safe to fully express myself in a reading
It is safe to express myself and the impressions I am getting, and be right on.
It is safe to express myself and the impressions I am getting, and be off.
It is safe to do this work.
It is ok to navigate a reading, and it not be perfect. It can still be amazing for the recipient.
I allow my readings to be, not perfect, but whatever kind of amazing they need to be.
2. When you read through them and write them out, what negative thoughts or beliefs pop up for you?
Are those beliefs ultimately true? (hint: no). What beliefs can you take on to disprove those negative beliefs? What beliefs feel better to you?
You get to choose which beliefs you hold about yourself.
