First, it is helpful to understand the bigger role that confidence plays in our readings.
part 1.1
Starting at the basics of healthy confidence, we separate our sense of self-worth from our readings.
This frees us up to improve our abilities, while simultaneously feeling good about ourselves no matter what, and getting out of the cycle of good/bad readings sabotaging our next readings.

Part 1.2
Addressing the fear of being inaccurate, and how to shift your focus so you get a better connection during the reading.
Also addressing (and releasing) the idea that we have to discern between our own brain and our intuition (and what to do instead).

Future Self
Getting a connection with your future self and seeing what's actually possible, is an important part of releasing your limiting ideas of yourself. You are actually capable of much more, and you are not as stuck as it might seem to you.
Guided meditation: Future Self
Part 1.3
The clairs are the foundation of our readings, yet we often don't use all of them confidently.
We block certain ones we don't feel comfortable with, which also can constrict our readings.

Part 1.4
The way in which we phrase the information coming through in a reading often guides our energy and sets the tone for the reading. We want to make sure we are phrasing the information coming through as confidently and accurately as possible, staying true to the information. This supports our confidence, but also encourages a stronger connection.
Part 1.5
Many readers will somehow take on the perspective that their abilities fluctuate and are inconsistent,
which adds to anxiety and self-sabotaging habits. Let's shift that perspective.

Claircognizance meditation
Claircognizance is perhaps the clair that people find the most elusive, and yet it's the one really helps us work with our confidence.
I will guide you through an exercise in one of our live classes that will help with using this clair,
but in the meantime here's a meditation that can help you connect stronger with that sense.

1. What's the next step to doing readings for you?
(Meaning, something you haven't done yet, or haven't done much of yet, and the idea of it makes you nervous)
This might be doing readings for paying customers, or maybe doing readings for groups, or maybe doing readings for bigger audiences.
When you imagine yourself doing readings like that, what beliefs pop up for you? What disaster situations do you find yourself imagining? What are you afraid will happen? What beliefs pop up for you about yourself or your abilities? (For example: "my abilities will never be reliable enough for me to trust them in front of a whole group of people", or "my abilities aren't good enough for someone to pay me to do a reading", or "I just can't trust myself")
2. Now ask yourself, if you couldn't possibly mess it up, how would it feel to be able to take that next step and succeed?
How would it feel to be able to fully trust yourself in those situations? Take a moment to imagine what that would feel like.
3. What beliefs would you have to have if that positive scenario were true?
(For example: "I can always trust myself to land on my feet, even if the unexpected happens", or "My time and expertise is worthy of compensation", or "I matter and my work matters")
4. What are your fears around trusting yourself? What do you think might happen if you do?
Is that belief ultimately true?
