WELCOME VIDEO TRANSCRIPT
Terminology:
Animal Communication: When someone connects to an animal (usually still living), and acts as translator for the animal, bringing through information about the animal and it's life, without knowing the information beforehand. We call this doing a “reading”.
Sitter: The person receiving the reading (the “client”)
Reader: The person doing the reading
Other relevant terms:
Psychic reading: Loosely, when someone gets information about the sitter and their life by reading energy,
without knowing the information beforehand.
Mediumship reading: When someone connects to a person or animal who has passed over,
bringing through information about them, without knowing the information beforehand.
Spirit Guide: Loosely, a category of spiritual (non-physical) beings who take an interest in our well-being
and who wish to help us reach our full potential. Will often include animal spirits as well.
Can sometimes include loved ones who have crossed over, but this is definitely not always the case.

Psychic Senses warm up exercise
The following exercise is good for getting to know, and practice using, the senses that we use when we're doing animal communication!
Even though you are the one initiating these various sensations in this exercise, it does in fact help strengthen your psychic senses too, because you're practicing using the senses that we use when we're connecting psychically or in animal communication.
Take a few deep breaths, and now try to bring to mind the following impressions (one at a time):
Bring to mind the taste and texture of peanut butter.
Bring to mind the image of a beautiful sunset.
Bring to mind the sound of church bells ringing.
Bring to mind the feeling of walking on sand, and feeling it between your toes.
Bring to mind the feeling of joy of being reunited with a good friend.
Bring to mind the smell of a fragrant rose.
Try to imagine other sensations, such as specific sounds, smells, tastes, physical sensations, emotional feelings, and images.
This is a great exercise to try if you want to strengthen a certain sense, for example if you want to strengthen your clairaudience, try bringing to mind lots of different sounds, one at a time, to practice noticing that sense.

AC exercise: Humphrey the cat
Humphrey is one of my own cats, and he is happy to help you develop and improve your abilities to talk to animals.
In this exercise with Humphrey, and I give you prompts for what to ask him.
I am adding a photo of him here below, so have something to direct your connection to. The picture serves as an anchor for where you can put your awareness. It essentially creates a clear intention for which cat you are connecting to.
When you are done, record your answers in the form below.
Step 1: Connect heart to heart with Humphrey and send him lots of love.
Step 2: Mentally introduce yourself to Humphrey, let him know you're a student of mine,
and ask him if he'd be open to communicating with you.
Step 3: Invite Humphrey to share what his personality is like, what his likes and dislikes are,
and anything else he'd like to share about himself.

What did Humphrey share with you today?
In the form below, share anything and everything that came through from Humphrey.
I will get back to you in the next few days by email and give you feedback on your connection with him!

Homework
Take time this week to do the guided meditation, and afterwards sit with your own animal companions and practice sending them feelings and pictures and sentences, with no expectations, and notice if you receive any impressions in return.
If you don't have any animal companions currently, then try this with wildlife around you, such as birds or squirrels, or the neighbor's cat.
