Homework:
Do the following exercises below =)
Guided meditation - Spirit guides
A guided meditation for connecting to your own spirit guides who help you with your Animal Mediumship.
AC exercise: Namo the Dog
Namo was not one of my own companions, but he did belong to someone I know, and I did get to meet him several times. Namo is happy to help you develop and improve your abilities to talk to animals on the other side.
In this recording I am guiding you through a connection with Namo, and I give you prompts for what to ask him.
I am adding a photo of him here below, so have something to help set your intention for who you want to connect to.
When you are done, record your answers in the form below.
If you prefer to connect in your own way without me guiding you through it,
here are the prompts written out for you to ask Namo to share with you:
Personality
His interests and likes
Who was he most connected to in the family?
What can he show you about his passing? Remember, baby steps and nuance, and include anything and everything that comes through. Try to let Namo explain the full picture, and try to not jump to conclusions on the first piece of information.
Anything else he wants to share about himself?
Please note: This exercise is not about being wrong or right, it is an exercise in connecting to spirit, and about noticing what is coming through your intuitive senses, from spirit. Stay true to your connection, use it as a learning opportunity, and don't make your connection mean anything about you (don't tie up your own worth with how good or bad you do).
Remember to have fun!

AC Exercise: Feeling the difference between Living and Passed
Here is a collection of a few animals, some that are living and some that are passed.
With each animal, I want you to connect with them heart-to-heart, introduce yourself mentally and ask if they could help you with a short exercise, to help you get better at animal communication/mediumship, and be of service to animals everywhere.
Then mentally ask them to show you whether or not they are living or passed. Then notice, how does it feel to you? (Go back to module 1 to review the difference in feeling). It might come through to you feeling a bit different than what I describe in module 1. Just go with however it comes through.
These are the animals' names, starting at the top, from left to right:
Auggie (dog), Bo (dog), Sunni (cat)
Sammi (cat), Birdie (dog), Poodle (dog)
Jacks (cat), Ava (dog), Fiona (cat)

If you got even just 1 or 2 right, then that is awesome! This is just an exercise in getting you used to feeling the difference,
discerning the difference, and letting go enough to trust the animals to show it to you.
